Ahead of their opening on Duke Street at the end of Feb, the awesome Honest Burgers crew will be popping-up at The Westie for 4 days from the 7th - 10th Feb. Come along and be among the first to try their Honest, Tribute and Plant burgers alongside their homemade rosemary salted chips. A little bit from the Honest Burgers boys….

If you don't know about us, Honest Burgers started here in Brighton in 2010. We don’t for a second think you’ll remember us though. We were working as waiters at Riddle & Finns and made that classic mistake of thinking it’s easy to run a food business. After a few beers in The Bath Arms, we agreed to put in £3,000 each for a tent, a grill and a fryer and served our first burgers at Brighton Food Festival. Easy!

Turns out it was a lot harder than we thought. But we didn’t stop. We met some great people who helped us open a tiny restaurant in Brixton, and then a few more. Eight years later we’re back here opening a restaurant in Brighton. To say we’re chuffed is an understatement.
